“The pilot project assists IENs with finding employment opportunities in New Brunswick’s long-term care industry. It also helps currently employed IENs not yet engaged in the bridging process to reach their highest scope of practice within the nursing field. During the process, participants may work as personal support workers, resident attendants, or home support workers, with the goal of transitioning to either LPN or RN employment.”
